Joseph Vijay Chandrasekhar, better known by his stage name Thalapathy Vijay, is a playback singer as well as an actor and dancer. Vijay, who has appeared in over 65 films, is renowned for his relatable personality.

Vijay begins his day with two idlis and chutney for carbohydrates, six egg whites for the required amount of protein, and some cucumber chunks on the side for fiber.
