Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) Registration 2025

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will start the registration process for this year’s NEET UG counselling from July 21, 2025. Candidates who have qualified the entrance exam will be able to apply for MCC NEET UG counselling at mcc.nic.in.

Eligibility Criteria for NEET UG 2025 Counselling

To Participate in NEET UG 2025 counselling, you need to first qualify the NEET UG 2025 exam and fulfil certain eligibility criteria:

• Age: Minimum 17 years as on December 31, 2025. There is no upper age limit.
• Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English.
• Minimum Marks (in PCB):
  • General: 50% minimum
  • OBC/SC/ST: 40%
  • PwD: 45% (under General/EWS category)
• Nationality: Indian citizens, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs and foreign nationals can also apply.

How can I Register for NEET UG counselling 2025?

To register for NEET UG 2025 counselling, you need to visit the official website (mcc.nic.in) of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). It conducts counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats and 100% seats in central universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, etc. For state quota seats, you need to visit the website of the respective state counselling authority.

The counseling process typically consists of several stages:

1. First of all student should visit official website:

2. Click on the link ‘New Registration 2025’
   • On the homepage or in the ‘UG Medical Counselling’ section look for the registration link and click on it.
3. Enter Details:
   • Then student has to enter the required details like their true NEET UG roll number, application number, or parent’s name, date of birth, and security code.
4. Create a Password
   • Choose a new password safely.
5. Complete the Registration Form:
   • Complete the registration form by entering personal details, educational details, NEET 2025 result and other details.
6. Upload Documents:
   • Upload authentic proper scanned photograph and signature.
7. Pay registration fee:
   • Pay the registration fee as per your category.

     • General/EWS: ₹1,000 (non-refundable) + ₹10,000 (refundable security deposit)
     • SC/ST/OBC/PwD: ke liye ₹500 (non-refundable) + ₹5,000 (refundable security deposit)
   • For Deemed Universities:
     • All Categories: ₹5,000 (non-refundable) + ₹2,00,000 (refundable security deposit)
8. Download Confirmation Page:
   • After making the payment, download the registration confirmation page and take a printout of it.

Choice filling and locking

After registration, you will have time to select the colleges and courses of your choice for this you can follow these steps:

1. Login: sarvparthan aap Log in again with your registered credentials.
2. Go to Choice Filling: or Click on ‘Choice Filling’ section.
3. Select Options: After that select as many medical and dental colleges as you like as per your choice.
4. Choice Locking: After filling your choices, go to the ‘Choice Locking’ section. Lock them. Keep in mind that once you lock them, you will not be able to change them until the next counselling round.

Important Dates and Time

The first round of NEET UG 2025 counselling has started from July 21, 2025.

Registration and Fee Payment: July 21 – July 28, 2025 (up to 3:00 PM)
Choice Filling: July 22 – July 28, 2025 (up to 11:55 PM)
Choice Locking: July 28, 2025 (4:00 PM to 11:55 PM)
Seat Allotment Processing: July 29 – July 30, 2025
Result Declaration: July 31, 2025
Reporting to College: August 1 – August 6, 2025
Verification by Institutes: August 7 – August 8, 2025

Counselling is conducted in multiple rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, and a stray vacancy round).

Required Documents

You need to keep the following documents ready for counselling and document verification:

1. NEET UG 2025 Admit Card and Scorecard
2. Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates
3. Birth certificate (if not included in Class 10 certificate)
4. Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD, if applicable)
5. Domicile certificate (for state quota)
6. Passport size photographs (same as in NEET application)
7. Valid photo identity card (Aadhaar card or equivalent)
8. Provisional allotment letter
9. Migration certificate (if applicable)
10. Medical fitness certificate
